Our client is a non-profit, community focused organisation helping to support refugees by providing educational and health-focused resources. You will be joining a dedicated team, committed to their mission of supporting refugees and making a positive impact to the community.
The Role
The day-to-day functions of this role include;
1. Transferring data from paper formats into digital spreadsheets
2. Reviewing data for errors and verifying accuracy
3. Assisting with data entry for ad hoc project work
4. Providing support to the Finance team on a fortnightly basis, assisting with payroll and data entry requests
This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday with the potential to work some days from home. This role is to start ASAP, with the contract lasting until the end of June.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills:
5. You will have experience in data entry
6. You will have experience using word processing tools and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office Word and Excel)
7. You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
8. You will have exceptional attention to detail
9. You will have a numerical way of thinking and enjoy working with numbers
10. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. You will be immediately available to commence work
