**Your new role**
We are searching for passionate, driven people who love to talk all things holidays & travel to their members across Australia and New Zealand. Whilst this is a telephone sales position, you will not be required to do cold calling. You will instead be responding to incoming customer enquiries.
Our client is the largest timeshare development outside of North America, with over 3000 employees. People are travelling a lot more now, after the last couple of years. Be part of a team where you get to speak to people and plan their exciting next holiday all over the world
- Engaging with current clients via phone to help get them on vacation sooner.
- No cold calling required - you will be replying to existing customer enquiries only
- Providing exceptional customer service whilst responding to customer enquiries.
- Informing existing customers of the new exclusive and exciting packages
- Communicating with Club Owners and assisting them in maximising their membership portfolio
- ** Part-time Roster**: Mon-Thurs: 2pm-7pm, Fridays 9am - 4:30pm + one Saturday per month (8am -2pm or 9am-3pm)
- ** Full Time Roster**: Mon-Thurs: 11am-7pm, Fridays: 9am - 4:30pm, 1 Saturday per month (8am -2pm or 9am-3pm)
