**About the role**:
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving growth in the residential market? CSR Interior Systems is seeking an Account Manager - Residential, to lead the execution of our Interior Systems (IS) strategy. In this role, you'll focus on retaining, managing, and expanding our customer base across our suite of building product systems. If you have a knack for strategic account management and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction, join us to make a significant impact in the residential sector.
- Strengthen builder and contractor relationships to deliver both new and repeat business.
- Identify and Grow Sales within portfolio to meet targets across Interior Systems
- Management of pricing processes (analysis, recommendations, approvals and credit sign off).
- Execution of price increase strategy for annual price reviews (including any out of cycle increases).
- Maintain call cycle frequency and customer engagement strategies to add value.
- Embrace and manage Dynamics 365 CRM sales tool.
- Maintain customer contracts/Agreements (performance, expiry/ renewals, pricing, and rebate commitments).
- Support and maintain credit terms in consultation with credit team.
- Increase Sales in Interior Systems product categories.
- Build rapport, collaborate, and share insights with customers and CSR sales teams to align shared performance targets
**What you bring to the role**:
- Aligned with CSR values and a minimum of three years B2B sales experience.
- The ability to knock down doors and quickly identify or discard an opportunity
- Can show a history of self-motivation and working autonomously in a similar role
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent CRM and excel experience.
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
- Previous demonstration and understanding of channel and channel management
