PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Full Time Permanent Contract

The Role:
You will be required to work with our supportive multidisciplinary team to provide specialised Physiotherapy treatment which is tailored to the individual needs of the live-in residents, to improve their quality of life.
Regular RACF duties may involve; 1 to 1 treatments - see residents with specific treatment plan (evidence based treatments), referrals and assessments (falls and injuries) and exercise classes (focus on improving function).
* Roster: 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday Flexible start and finish times. Only work at one residential aged care facility alongside another passionate full-time physiotherapist.
* No independent KPI structures
* Salary: High base salary (dependent on experience & working rights) + superannuation + employee benefits

Skills & Requirements:
* Qualification as a Physiotherapist/experience in residential aged care.
* General AHPRA Registration, no limitations or restrictions.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (Can apply through AHP).
* National Police Check (within the last two years).
* Two successful clinical references.
* 2025 Flu shot + x2 COVID-19 Vaccinations + x1 Booster = 3 shots.
* Currently residing in Australia.
* Visa sponsorships considered with clear pathways to permanent residency
