We're seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Technical Services Division. This role is integral to building and maintaining Informatech's high-performing workforce across some of the most complex and critical ICT programs in government and Defence.
About the Role
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical professionals, from talent identification and engagement through to onboarding and retention. You'll partner directly with leadership, account managers, and project teams to ensure we attract and retain the best cleared and skilled talent in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment across Infrastructure, Cloud, Networks, Cyber, and Architecture disciplines.
Build and manage proactive candidate pipelines to meet ongoing project and client demand.
Identify high-quality cleared candidates through targeted sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
Develop strong relationships with candidates, providing informed advice and transparent communication throughout the process.
Prepare and refine documentation for candidate submissions, including CVs, selection criteria, and clearance details.
Maintain accurate candidate and opportunity records within our CRM.
Contribute to workforce planning and delivery discussions within the Technical Services leadership team.
Represent Informatech with professionalism, credibility, and a focus on long‑term partnerships.
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment, ideally within ICT or professional services.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident interpersonal and relationship management capability.
Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
Ambitious and self‑driven with a genuine desire to achieve results.
Proactive, commercially minded, and committed to continuous improvement.
