Position Overview
Full‑time, 44 weeks per year. The Administration Officer is the first point of contact for students, families, visitors and staff. Santa Clara School is a Catholic primary school in St James.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact and assist with future enrolments.
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Build positive relationships with families to foster trust and belonging.
* Uphold professional and confidential standards.
* Be adaptable and proactive in managing the fast‑paced school office.

Qualifications Required
* Current National Police History Check issued by the Education Department of WA.
* Current WWC Check.
* Willingness to pursue or maintain Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School.
