What We're Looking For:
* A passionate and experienced Barista with a genuine love for coffee.
* Proficiency in operating espresso machines and grinders.
* Ability to create consistent, high-quality coffee beverages.
* A strong understanding of different coffee beans and brewing techniques.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* A keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.
* RSA certification (preferred).
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Your Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages to our high standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
* Operate and maintain coffee equipment.
* Take orders and handle payments accurately.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
