A Peek Into Your Day
* Providing outstanding dog grooming services in store.
* Drive the profit and sales success of the salon, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Coordinate the salon and clients including bookings in conjunction with the Store Manager.
* Assist the floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.
* Maintaining specific breed clips, while consistently upholding grooming standards and brand/product knowledge.
* Managing and coaching junior groomers.
* Create strong safety mindset, committed to fostering a culture of safety within your team.
