Roster:Continuous 12-hour rotating shifts (7x 12-hour shifts in fortnight: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 nights on, 2 days off, 2 Days on, remainder of the fortnight off.)

About the role:
We're looking for dependable Fixed Plant Machine Operators to join our busy brick manufacturing site. Work a continuous rotating roster, stay home every day, and enjoy every second weekend off. You'll operate modern machinery producing bricks, pavers, and roof tiles for projects across WA. This role is perfect if you enjoy hands-on work, can handle a rotating day/night schedule, and value stable, long-term employment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Operate and monitor fixed plant and production machinery
* Carry out routine checks and safely shut down equipment when needed
* Maintain product quality to site standards
* Assist with general plant duties, cleaning, and basic maintenance
* Follow all safety procedures at all times
To be considered, you will need the following essential requirements:
* Experience operating fixed plant or production machinery or Similar
* WA Driver's Licence and reliable transport
* Full Australian working rights and Perth-based
* Forklift ticket or confined space ticket (highly regarded)
* Physically fit and able to pass a medical, including drug & alcohol screening
* Strong attendance, safety-first attitude, and reliable work ethic
