Office Administrator / HR Support | Construction Industry
Join a long-established and reputable construction business with a strong presence across Queensland. We're seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator / HR Support Officer to join the team at their Virginia office on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a hands-on, varied position that will see you supporting both administrative and HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a busy project-driven environment.
The Role:
• Provide administrative support across the office and project teams
• Assist with HR-related tasks including onboarding, documentation, and compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records and update internal systems
• Support general office coordination, filing, and correspondence
• Liaise with internal staff, site teams, and external stakeholders
• Contribute to improving systems and processes within administration and HR
About You:
• Previous experience in office administration and/or HR support (construction or similar industry highly regarded)
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Available to start ASAP
