Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for visitors to our facility, delivering professional support and services to customers and the broader community.

Salary and Benefits
This part-time weekend position offers an hourly rate of $28.47 - $31.91, plus superannuation and penalty rates for nights and weekends. Requirements
* Extensive customer service experience in a face-to-face role
* Experience in reception duties, cash handling, invoice cost coding, and strong data entry skills
* Sound computer literacy for accurate documentation
* Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
* Strong planning, time management, flexibility, and technological skills
* An understanding of the needs of older people
