Due to growth in our Northwest region, we are seeking a HSEQ Administrator to assist with the implementation of the HSEQ Management System across the region.
This is a Monday to Friday position.
We are looking for a dynamic individual that has worked within a similar role that wants to develop their career further with a business that is growing from strength to strength.
You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance within the HSEQ team.
The successful applicant will be required to: Record and maintain safety and quality-related data in relevant HSEQ System(s) Record, coordinate and administer software updates and/or amendments to HSEQ System(s) Assist with uploading incident reports and associated actions into HSEQ System(s) Monitor the quality of data inputs into the HSEQ System(s) to conduct analysis and collate reports.
Provide administrative support as required (e.g., risk reviews, investigations, meeting minutes, etc).
Support and assist the HSEQ Team in conducting random and causal drug testing.
Provide assistance to the HSEQ Team regarding WAHVA/NHVA (MRWA), Quality & OHS internal/external audits.
Actively participate in the administration of Workers Compensation and Injury Rehabilitation cases.
Raise purchase orders for the HSEQ Team, as required, using the Purchase Order Management System (POMS) Act as the primary contact for the inspection and operation of site safety equipment including coordinating calibrations and managing any issues that may arise.
To be successful for this position you will need to demonstrate: Willing to develop extensive knowledge of HSEQ management systems.
Excellent organisational, analytical skills and computer skills Intermediate to advance Microsoft Suite skills Willing to develop knowledge of OHS (ISO45001), QA (ISO9001) and Environmental (ISO14001) management systems Willing to develop good knowledge of MRWA Accreditation process.
