DFAT is seeking talented and driven people to contribute to the development and implementation of international policy and programs for the Australian Government.
Multiple roles are available across the department, with a range of focus areas including:
• policy development and implementation
• strategic planning
• legal advice & analysis
• international trade negotiations
• development, humanitarian, and aid programs
• investment and economic analysis
• international security
• crisis and contingency planning
• operational policy development for enabling services
• multilateral and global issues engagement.
We strongly encourage candidates who can apply their knowledge and skills to critically examine complex issues, develop sound policy advice, and implement solutions to apply.
