Exciting opportunity for a self managed, switched on legal secretary to join a well renowned law firm on the beautiful Northern Beaches.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work close to home in a modern and innovative practise with a sensational team of people. The area of law you will be supporting is Family Law and you will work hand in hand with the Senior Associate and her team.

**THE ROLE**:

- Liaising with clients and fee earners at all levels
- Assisting with preparation of court documents and counsel briefs
- Lodging documents with various courts and tribunals, scheduling conferences and mediations
- Proof reading, assisting with preparing correspondence and legal documents
- Edits and amendments including track changes/mark ups and formatting
- Opening and closing of matters including file archiving
- Inputting and maintaining client data into CRM software
- Printing, scanning, and copying
- General administrative duties

**THE RIGHT CANDIDATE**:

- Minimum of 1-2 solid years as a Legal Secretary - this is essential
- Proficient in legal based software, practise evolve experience preferred
- Highly skilled to handle all legal secretarial duties with a calm and confident manner
- Very strong, fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to transcribe documents
- Extreme attention to detail and meticulous in all your dealings
- Ability to work unsupervised and able to manage your day and workload effectively
- You have full working rights - either permanent resident or Citizen can only apply

**ON OFFER**
- This role is paying $70-75K+super
