Monday to Friday roster | Standard 40-hour work week. Based in Bassendean supporting manufacturing and order fulfilment operations. Key coordination role supporting quoting, work pack processing, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Position
This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end order fulfilment, quoting, and manufacturing coordination processes to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and efficiently. Working closely with internal teams including Sales, Planners, and Manufacturing, the position focuses on processing work packs and quotes, maintaining system accuracy, driving process improvements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Process work packs, repeat orders, and quotes to support timely order fulfilment
* Coordinate with Sales, Planners, Manufacturing, and Order Fulfilment teams to meet customer requirements
* Maintain accurate data and documentation within Epicor and internal systems
* Support manufacturing bookings, outsourced supply, and production scheduling activities
* Assist with process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and quality documentation updates
* Communicate process changes and support continuous improvement across operations
* Provide production support and assist with troubleshooting during manufacturing runs
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
Skills and Experience Required
* Experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or order fulfilment
* Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
* Experience with quoting, work packs, and production documentation
* Proficiency using ERP systems such as Epicor
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Team-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
