We're seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth across the Land and Cyber domains for a leading international provider of EW, C4i, radar, optronics, sensors and secure communications solutions.
What You'll Do
* Lead major tender responses (RFT/RFQ/RFI)
* Build strong relationships across Defence, Government and industry
* Identify and develop new opportunities in Defence and Civil markets
* Shape sales and marketing strategy, pipelines and campaigns
* Support social media, events and annual marketing planning
* Manage offer documentation and support contract negotiations
* Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
What You Bring
* 5+ years' experience in Defence, Aerospace, Cyber or Civil Electronics
* Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-engagement skills
* Ability to operate in complex international organisations
* Understanding of ADF structures, platforms and capability needs
* Experience with systems such as C4ISR, EW, radars, sensors, optronics and comms
