Customer Service Representative Traineeship
You will complete a Certificate III Business qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience. This comprehensive traineeship equips you with the skills to provide exceptional customer service, ensure efficient service delivery, and develop your administrative capabilities.
* Deliver services in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, consistent with our vision, mission, and values.
* Undertake tasks to support the provision of service delivery as required.
* Persuade and assist customers to transact online using relevant technology.
* Make effective use of records, information, and knowledge management functions and systems.
* Refer customers to the appropriate channels of service by understanding various policies and procedures.
