About The Role
* Based in Henderson WA
* Permanent full‐time role
* New full‐time opportunity reporting to the Program Manager
This role involves applying technical discipline knowledge to support the delivery of engineering solutions across the Engineering Program. You will contribute to projects throughout the full engineering lifecycle, produce technical documentation, support reviews, manage your own tasks within time, cost and quality constraints, and actively participate in technical discussions and decision‐making.
You will focus on continuous improvement, safety and compliance, contributing to process enhancements, risk assessments and sustainable engineering practices. As part of a growing team you will build strong working relationships, share knowledge, and integrate the Babcock Principles into your work.
Key Qualifications
* Basic understanding of Engineering Toolsets (e.g., PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation and analysis software)
* Technical qualification (certificate or degree) in a related discipline
* Current Motor Vehicle Driver's Licence
* Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Must hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
