With a strong focus on student success and industry relevance, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Executive - Student Recruitment.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager - Student Recruitment to lead our student recruitment efforts across domestic and international markets. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing agent relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the college.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to increase student enrolments.
* Build and manage relationships with education agents, community partners, and stakeholders.
* Identify new business and partnership opportunities.
* Attend education expos, webinars, and other recruitment events.
* Manage CRM systems and provide regular recruitment reports.
* Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to streamline student onboarding.
* Lead and support a team of recruitment officers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment and sales, preferably within an RTO or higher education environment.
* Knowledge of CRICOS, ESOS Act, and international student recruitment processes.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed enrolment targets.
* Experience in agent network development is highly desirable.
