Randstad is currently recruiting Executive Support Administrators for local council. This is a temporary position for an initial 3 month contract.
You will form part of a team responsible for looking after the following:
* Providing a range of Executive business support.
* Ensuring accurate and timely process of administration including compliance with statutory requirements
* Navigate and deal with highly sensitive and strictly confidential matters

* Proven experience as an Executive Support Administrator
* Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail
What we are looking for;
* Highly attentive to detail with the ability to produce accurate and timely work
* Previous experience working in public sector
* Ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders both internal and external
* Experience in ERP systems SAP/Microsoft Dynamics 365/ Tech 1
* Previous experience as an Executive Support Officer
* Demonstrated ability to work within a team to deliver requirements and maintain quality.
