Job Title: Healthcare Leadership Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of Manager Allied Health and Chronic Disease.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and clinical leadership, management, and direction for our Allied Health and Chronic Disease programs across diverse rural communities.
This role involves ensuring that all clinicians are well supported in their individual roles, delivering client-focused services through innovative models of care that align with our strategic goals, and promoting high-quality care and financial sustainability.
You will work collaboratively with our Director Integrated Community Health and form part of our management team to ensure adherence to relevant legislation, quality and safety standards, industrial agreements, and organisational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational and clinical leadership, management, and direction for Allied Health and Chronic Disease programs.
* Ensure all clinicians are well-supported in their individual roles.
* Develop and implement innovative models of care that align with our strategic goals.
* Monitor and improve service delivery, ensuring high-quality care and financial sustainability.
* Work collaboratively with the Director Integrated Community Health and management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of five years post-graduate experience as an Allied Health Professional or Registered Nurse.
* Demonstrated management or leadership experience, including effective clinical leadership, collaboration, integration, and motivation of teams.
* Highly developed clinical knowledge and skills relevant to Allied Health and Chronic Disease Services.
* Demonstrated experience in planning and managing service delivery, including rosters, budgets, financial management, and activity reporting.
* Knowledge and experience in quality improvement processes and ability to lead improvement or service innovation activities.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple demands and tasks simultaneously.
