Since 2012, JPS Medical Recruitment has been on a roll. We specialise in placing highly skilled hospital doctors from around the world into positions across Australia, supporting our hospitals in delivering high‑quality patient care.

Our close‑knit team works from our Turbot Street HQ, where the vibe is easy‑going and micromanagement is not on the menu.

The Role: Medical Matchmaker

Are you detail‑oriented, driven, and a confident communicator?

At JPS Medical Recruitment, you won’t just be filling jobs; you’ll be shaping careers and supporting hospitals in providing quality care. As a 360° Recruitment Consultant at JPS, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle.

From initial conversations with candidates and clients to navigating complex processes such as College Assessments, AHPRA registrations, and relocation logistics, you’ll be fully supported with structured training and expert guidance every step of the way.

Sales Professional with a Purpose

- Sales DNA: You’re persuasive, confident, and results‑oriented. You know how to convert conversations into placements and turn prospects into long‑term partners.
- Performance‑Driven Mindset: You want to succeed, and it shows. You take ownership, push for results, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑reward environment.
- Resilient & Patient: You’re not thrown off by a long sales cycle (3–6 months). You know how to nurture a pipeline, stay persistent, and close big wins with patience and professionalism.
- Flexible & Committed: Our office hours are 8 am–4:30 pm (Mon–Thu) and 8 am–3 pm (Fri), but our top billers don’t watch the clock.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can sell an idea, influence a decision‑maker, and build trust across every interaction; on the phone, over email, or face‑to‑face.
