Optimising Learning Outcomes for Junior Students
About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead a team of staff in the Junior School, working in partnership with the Head of Junior School and the Junior School Leadership team. This role is responsible for supporting students' learning journeys and optimising excellent practices across the College.
Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead initiatives to enhance student engagement and academic achievement
* Cultivate a collaborative learning culture through effective communication and teamwork
* Foster a dynamic and supportive learning environment that caters to diverse student needs
Requirements:
* Commitment to the Christian ethos of the College
* Degree plus recognised teaching qualifications. Specific qualifications in Special Education, Gifted Education and/or EAL/D
* Experience and passion for Diverse Learning needs and meeting the specific needs of individual students
* Eligible to be accredited with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
* A Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Benefits:
This is a permanent Full Time position with Level 2 Leadership Allowance. An appropriate teaching load will be required.
