**Key accountabilities**:
- Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination to support the effective operation of the team.
- Complete complex data searches and interpretation along with data entry as required.
- Develop a basic understanding of the Claims and Insurance Management System (CIMS) to assist with queue enquiries and absent management during high enquiry volume periods.
**Experience**:
- Experience with data entry within a construction or conveyancing administration background.
- Experience working within a fast paced environment with high attention to detail.
