About the role: Administration Officer to work at our 64 bed Aged Care Facility in Hawks Nest. This role is to provide efficient and accurate administration support to the Facility Manager and the broader team. You will be responding to phone and email inquiries, greeting visitors and residents and ensuring their entry on the logbook, looking after rostering and allocations, ensuring accurate record keeping, and maintenance of the organisation\'s compliance requirements.

About you

- Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar health-related organisation
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
- Managing a Reception area, including high-volume calls and emails as well as in-person enquiries
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team player, but also able to work independently
- Resilience and the ability to manage complaints and problem solve
- Above average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal skills

Requirements

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
