Responsibilities
* Support and enhance the Data Governance Framework.
* Evaluate systems and processes against regulatory and compliance frameworks.
* Deliver and maintain data asset classification standards.
* Improve data quality practices and DQIM processes.
* Provide guidance to stakeholders on data governance best practice.
* Assist with implementation of data governance tools and automation initiatives.
* Coordinate Committee reporting (metrics, risks, issues, actions).
* Promote data governance awareness and training across the business.
Qualifications
* A degree in Data Governance, IT, Information Management or related field.
* Sound experience in data governance or data management.
* Strong knowledge of data governance principles and Australian banking regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem‐solving capability.
* Experience with data governance tools (e.g. Purview, Collibra, Informatica, Alation) is ideal.
