The Role
As Head Chef, you'll lead all aspects of kitchen operations — from menu creation and food costing to staff mentoring and service execution.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to innovate, inspire, and work hands-on with the team.
Designing and evolving seasonal menus
Managing and motivating a passionate kitchen team
Ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation across every dish
Overseeing kitchen budgets, stock control, and food safety compliance
Collaborating with directors to deliver top-tier dining experiences
About You
Proven experience in a senior chef or head chef role
Passionate about food, local produce, and kitchen culture
Natural leader with solid communication and team-building skills
Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly organised
Knowledge of cost control, ordering, and kitchen systems
Relevant qualifications and food safety certifications
