About us
We're a small, friendly OT practice. I'm an experienced Neuro OT and the owner—I stay clinical and I'll be close by for support.
The role (clinical only)
* Community/home visits across the Coast (admin from home).
* Simple AT: trials, scripting, training (seating, bathroom AT, mobility aids).
* Minor home mods: rails, small ramps, bathroom tweaks with clear, practical justifications.
* Mix may include SIL homes and cognitive rehab—you'll be supported if newer to neuro.
How we'll support you
* Close supervision and quick answers when you need them.
* Weekly 1:1 plus ad-hoc check-ins.
* Upskilling in neuro rehab with joint visits, case reviews, and simple tools/templates.
* We grow as a team—shared wins, shared learning, no ego.
You bring
* AHPRA-registered OT with NDIS experience (AT & minor mods).
* Kind, reliable, good notes, safe on the road.
* QLD NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to apply) + driver's licence.
