The Health & Fitness Instructor role requires you to be customer focused at all times and use your industry expertise and training to provide exceptional service to our members in a professional and timely manner.
Duties
* Drive engagement by using member retention tools and providing exceptional customer service.
* Deliver premium group training sessions, gym inductions, provide members with advice, and enforce gym etiquette.
* Perform cleaning duties as required, report maintenance issues, and complete administration tasks via CRM software.
* Assist with member enquiries and elevate complaints where necessary.
* Available for opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
Skills & experience
* Certificate IVin Fitness or recognised tertiary education equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience as a Fitness Instructor with a proven ability for high-level exercise prescription and small group training.

* Additional accreditation in specialised programming/training desirable but not essential.
* Exercise Professional Registration.
This role requires a Working with Children Check, current First Aid & CPR. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
