Overview
Leading Australian Services company requires a Change Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to work on an enterprise wide efficiency program in their Brisbane office.
This role is critical in supporting transformation projects, ensuring smooth adoption of change, and embedding new ways of working that enhance productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement change management strategies focused on improving efficiency, streamlining processes, and reducing business friction.
* Partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to drive engagement and adoption of change.
* Analyse current business processes, identify pain points, and recommend solutions that increase operational effectiveness.
* Deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communication plans.
* Provide coaching, training, and support to leaders and employees to embed changes effectively.
* Measure and track benefits realisation, ensuring initiatives deliver sustainable results.
About You
* Proven experience as a Change Manager within large, complex organisations.
* Strong understanding of business process improvement and operational efficiency.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in.
* Experience in delivering communications, workshops, and training to support change.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and measurable improvements.
* Prosci or other formal Change Management certification (desirable)
