About This Role
As a key player in our organization, you will be working on the front lines of electrical maintenance, driving operational excellence and supporting global operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Solving equipment issues through expert diagnosis and repair.
* Collaborating with production teams to address maintenance needs, identifying root causes and expected time frames.
* Handing over completed work to production departments.
* Enhancing electrical and software control systems for maximum efficiency.
* Providing technical insights into equipment faults and contributing to Root Cause Analysis.
* Ensuring all work maintains quality and safety standards.
* Taking on additional responsibility for the electrical upkeep of designated equipment assets.
You will need to possess current NSW Electrical L-licence qualifications and have additional training in industrial control systems, such as Schneider, Siemens, and Allen Bradley. Experience working in manufacturing environments using PLC software for debugging is also essential, along with knowledge of industrial hardware including 3-phase motors, variable speed drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and instrumentation.
To excel in this role, strong analytical skills are required, allowing you to effectively troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills are also vital, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders throughout your career in electrical maintenance.
