This exciting role combines property expertise with customer service skills, organisation, and sales abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Effective diary management and communication with clients.
* Management of listings, sales, and property marketing for each property.
* Coordinating the listing through to settlement.
* Maintaining accountability for targets and KPIs.
* Attending open inspections and auctions.
* Prospecting, listing, and selling properties.
* Delivering exceptional customer service.
Key qualifications include:
* A current Real Estate Licence is essential.
* Certificate IV in Property Services.
* Practical experience in the Real Estate industry.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (Agent Box preferred).
* Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
