We have an exciting opportunity to develop a lasting and financially rewarding career** **as an **Automotive Sales and Customer Service Specialist** at **Car Place in Bibra Lake.** This is a unique opportunity for individuals who get a kick out of selling to learn the "trade" of selling/buying cars.
You will be responsible for handling all incoming phone and internet sales enquiries for used cars. You will be engaging with customers, purchasing and selling vehicles over the phone and online and appointing customers to the showroom sales professionals.
**No Experience? No Worries** If you are a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide a training to suit.
**YOU**:
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Highly personable with a helpful and bright phone manner
- Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Full WA Drivers Licence is required
- Sales or Call Centre experience is highly regarded but not essential
