Venues NSW is a commercially focused agency of the NSW Government, encompassing the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium, as well as major sporting and cultural stadiums and precincts in Sydney, Olympic Park, Parramatta, Newcastle, and Wollongong. The network of stadiums and entertainment centres hosts over 5 million people annually at more than 500 events and is a key contributor to the economy.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to two General Managers working in event operations and acquisition, this role provides executive, secretarial, and administrative support. It involves being the first point of contact for the GMs, managing diaries, inboxes, coordinating meetings and functions, preparing presentations, agendas, documents, arranging travel, and planning days. Additionally, the role supports internal communications and key messaging to the wider business.
ABOUT YOU
You will have a passion for providing high-level senior PA or EA support to General Manager level or above. You should have experience supporting multiple senior leaders, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks and issues.
* Demonstrated experience supporting General Managers or similar roles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and systems
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, think ahead, and work independently
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple complex activities
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally, liaising confidently at all levels
