General Construction Labourer – Bundaberg

About the Role
SGQ Pty Ltd is seeking motivated and reliable General Construction Labourers to join our team based in Bundaberg. This role offers an opportunity to develop within a well-established civil construction company delivering projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report to the SGQ Site Civil Supervisor and assist with day-to-day site operations on civil, road, and bridge projects.
* Perform general labouring duties including grade checking, pipe laying, site preparation, and other tasks typical of civil & road construction.
* Maintain safe work practices and comply with all site WHS requirements and procedures.

What We're Looking For:
Mandatory:
* Minimum Year 10 education.
* QLD White Card – Work Safely in the Construction Industry (Or Equivalent)
* Relevant written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
* Certificate III in Civil Construction.
* Previous experience in civil or infrastructure projects.
* HR driver's licence (highly advantageous).
