The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Perth team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in managing education and commercial projects, including new constructions and complex refurbishments in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle and be responsible for:

Managing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and subcontractor procurement.

Monitoring project costs and delivering comprehensive financial reporting.

Developing and maintaining construction programs using Microsoft Project.

Approving and negotiating subcontractor and supplier claims.

Coordinating with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Providing buildability, value management, and compliance solutions.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a head contractor (Tier 2 or 3).

Prior experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial sector.

Demonstrated success managing education or tertiary projects valued over $20 million (desirable).

Proficiency in Microsoft Project and construction scheduling with clear critical path methodology.

Strong skills in contract administration, cost tracking, and monthly reporting.

Subcontractor procurement and scope packaging experience.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and stakeholders.

Sound organisational and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with construction management software.
