The Opportunity
We’re scaling across Australia and seeking highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Managers to build and grow local markets. This role is perfect for operators who love the hunt, own their pipeline, and want to be paid like true rainmakers.
What you’ll do
- Build, manage, and convert your own pipeline of SME customers and referral partners (dealers, accountants, brokers, vendors).
- Deeply understand client needs and match them with competitive asset finance solutions.
- Drive end-to-end deal flow with our credit & operations team for fast approvals and smooth settlements.
- Consistently hit and exceed new-business and revenue targets.
- Help shape your territory strategy and contribute to national growth initiatives.
- Progress toward Senior BDM / State Lead / National leadership as you scale results and a partner network.
What you’ll bring
- Proven success in business development (asset finance, commercial lending, equipment finance, vendor/wholesale, or adjacent B2B sales).
- A strong personal network (or the hustle to build one fast)—you enjoy cultivating referrers and strategic partners.
- Commercial acumen, persistence, and a competitive drive to win.
- Clear communication, disciplined follow-up, and a customer-first approach.
- Integrity, accountability, and pride in your numbers.
