Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist guests warmly on arrival and departure, creating a memorable first and last impression.
* Transfer guests' luggage to and from rooms promptly and with care.
* Drive the hotel passenger vehicle and courtesy bus as required.
* Keep the hotel foyer and entrance impeccably clean and presented at all times.
* Book and organise guest transportation and follow up on special requests end‐to‐end.
* Liaise with Front Desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are guest‐ready.
* Be a knowledgeable local guide – share information on Fremantle, hotel services and upcoming events.
* Action guest messages promptly and communicate any feedback or complaints to management.
* Comply with all WH&S, cashiering and operational policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring
