Goldfields Auto Spares in Bayswater Perth are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant.
Reporting directly to the Administration Manager and Managing Director, this role requires an understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable and with a strong knowledge of collecting outstanding debtor payments.
The successful candidate will possess the following.
EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF MICROSOFT OFFICE AND EXCEL.
EXCELLENT ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ABILITIES.
PREVIOUS EXPOSURE TO ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ABILITIES.
UNDERSTAND AND PREPARE WEEKLY PAYROLL.
ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND OTHER CORPORATE REQUIREMENTS.
SOUND KNOWLEDGE OR RECONCILIATION PROCCESS.
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMUNICATION SKILLS & ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS.
MUST HAVE HIGH DRESS STANDARD.
MUST HAVE WORKING RIGHTS FOR AUSTRALIA.
ALSO PICKING AND PACKING OF SMALL ORDERS ARE REQUIRED OCCASIONALLY.
