Your typical month starts with the preparation and posting of month‐end journals, working closely with budget holders to ensure everything is posted accurately and on time. You will be performing detailed reconciliations, analyse programme performance, monitor project expenditure and grant income. After the month end closes, you will be involved in various reporting, forecasts and attending the meetings. Towards month‐end, you will reviewing reporting timelines and preparing for the next close cycle, ensuring all relevant information is understood and clear for the next month‐end process.
What You'll Do
As a Finance Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering high‐quality management reporting and maintaining strong financial control across a complex, high‐profile programme focused on resident safety and compliance. With a particular focus on accuracy, insight and continuous improvement, you'll work closely with the Finance Business Partner and operational teams to ensure data integrity, robust reporting and informed decision‐making.

This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week at our London Head office (Westminster Bridge, but could be required more days, for important events or meetings).
