Requirements:
* Proven leadership that motivates and guides teams to perform at their best, driving results through strategic planning and execution.
* A track record of success in high-volume, multi-faceted venues, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* 3+ years' experience in a similar operation, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments.
* Strong knowledge (and ideally experience) in food and beverage, events/functions, and gaming operations, with a focus on innovation and improvement.
* Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and build relationships.
* Solid understanding of liquor legislation and compliance requirements, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
