About the Role:
Mandurah Baptist College invites applications from accomplished Christian educators for the position of Head of Primary from the commencement of the 2026 school year (or earlier by negotiation).
This leadership role is instrumental in the college's executive structure, reporting directly to the Principal and overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the Primary School.
Successful candidates will have an outstanding understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, and pastoral care, as well as a proven track record of collaborating with teams to foster high-performing cultures that promote student learning.
The Primary School currently caters for 700 students from PreKindergarten through to Year 6, with a purpose-built Early Learning Centre feeding into established Upper Primary facilities.
Shared facilities with the Secondary School include an impressive Theatre, Sports Centre, ovals, courts, and play areas.
