Key Responsibilities
* Own sales targets for Smart Retail across the assigned scope, and define and execute comprehensive sales, channel, marketing, technical, operations, and sales‐support strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and route‐to‐market effectiveness.
* Lead the development and execution of an aggressive customer acquisition strategy across APAC markets. Clearly articulate Smart Retail AI solution value propositions, address high‐level customer pain points, and build trusted relationships with executive‐level stakeholders.
* Analyze industry trends, customer priorities, and market challenges to identify opportunities where Smart Retail products and solutions can deliver measurable value across relevant sectors.
* Motivate, guide, and collaborate with regional and global cross‐functional teams—including Product Management, RD, Delivery, Marketing, and worldwide sales—to drive Smart Retail solution growth.
* Inspire and enable Smart Retail business partners through outcome‐oriented engagement, capability building, and ongoing collaboration to accelerate partner success.
* Review and guide Smart Retail business management frameworks, processes, and performance systems to improve customer and channel satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
* Demonstrated success in owning and achieving sales targets in complex or multi‐country environments.
* Strong background in Smart Retail, AI, IoT, cloud platforms, or enterprise digital solutions, with a clear understanding of retail domain challenges and customer decision processes.
* Proven ability to lead cross‐functional teams and influence stakeholders across regional and global matrices.
* Experience building and managing C‐suite customer relationships and driving enterprise‐level solution adoption.
* Familiarity with partner/channel ecosystems and experience enabling partners to scale business outcomes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to simplify and position complex technology solutions.
* Experience: Minimum 7-15 years of experience in solution sales, retail technology, AI‐driven solutions, or digital transformation—preferably within APAC markets.
