The Role
Your day-to-day activities will initially include:
* Gathering market intelligence
* Network management
* Lead generation
* Assisting with property appraisals
* Assisting with listing properties for sale
* Selling property
As you develop an understanding of the local market your responsibilities will evolve, resulting in you becoming a high performing agent.
Helpful Experience
* Experience in real estate sales
* Previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in generating prospects
* A proven record of converting prospects into clients
* A proven history of providing solid results
* A history of managing multiple sales initiative at one time
* A history of providing exceptional service to clients
Required Skills
* Capable of utilizing appropriate real estate dialogue to describe, explain and market real estate when communicating with a seller or buyer
* Can efficiently base your decisions on data and can communicate this data easily to clients and prospects
* Active and can focus on several sales objectives at a time
* Will use a direct approach to selling but will also appreciate the more subtle aspects of sales negotiation
* Consistently respond to client's needs in a timely fashion and make quick decisions under pressure
* Willing to stand up for your agenda in a sales situation
* Perform best when provided flexible structure and given room to make decisions independently without the need for micromanaging of your activities
