The Marketing Operations & CRM Manager role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading the execution and operationalisation of our marketing engine.
Campaign Planning & Acquisition
* Plan new always-on and seasonal marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support member acquisition.
This involves coordinating stakeholders, optimising workflows, and enhancing the marketing team's impact.
CRM & Retention
The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign planning and CRM communications, with hands-on knowledge of tools like Klaviyo, Clever Tap, GA4.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (always-on and seasonal).
* Owning lifecycle CRM programs that engage, retain, and delight our growing member base.
* Collaborate across creative, performance, product, and partnerships to ensure every campaign hits the mark and every member touchpoint is meaningful.
Requirements
* 5+ years in marketing ops, CRM, or campaign planning.
* Experience across digital campaigns & lifecycle marketing.
* Strong analytical skills for data analysis and insights.
* Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
* Experience in audience segmentation.
* Proficiency in project management.
* Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
