Branch Manager
Randstad has partnered with a national, family-owned essential services business, who are seeking a highly capable Branch Manager to take Full-Site Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of their flagship depot. This role requires exceptional leadership to manage a large workforce and deliver sustained business results.
Our client offers services and sustainable solutions across many industries, including waste, manufacturing, asbestos removal, and oil recycling, all supported by their in-house fleet maintenance and bespoke technologies.
Key Responsibilities
As Branch Manager you will champion the day-to-day business functions, demonstrating a sense of urgency and strategic vision.
* Manage all site functions, with a large workforce of 150+
* Engage, lead, and develop the operational team.
* Deliver the overall branch strategy and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure a high-level safety and customer service culture.
* Support the sales team to achieve growth targets.
* Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
About you -
* Experience in a similar site/branch management role.
* Proven KPI and customer focus, with the ability to perform under pressure.
* Experience in the Transport, Logistics, or Mobile Service industry is highly desirable.
* A proactive, approachable leader with strong people and time management skills.
* Committed to continuous improvement, integrity, and the highest standards of customer service.
* An Engineering degree or technical background is highly regarded.
