People-Centric Operations Specialist
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will be working in close proximity to the teams that drive our business forward. Your responsibilities will be varied and diverse as you engage with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will have an active hand in shaping and evolving our culture by supporting leaders, welcoming new starters, coaching through complex moments, celebrating wins, and having real conversations.
* As part of a strong leadership team, you will drive engagement initiatives while navigating employee relations. You will also manage workers compensation effectively ensuring payroll lands perfectly on time every time!
About You:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline would be ideal but not essential for this position.
2. The ability to impact those around you with outstanding stakeholder management skills is crucial. Hospitality experience can certainly be advantageous but we are open to applications from candidates who understand people-heavy environments very well.
