Position Summary
As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly residents with their day-to-day needs while promoting dignity, safety, and wellbeing in a professional care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
* Monitor and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team.
* Participate in the implementation and review of resident care plans.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
* Uphold resident confidentiality, dignity, and privacy at all times.
* Work effectively within a team-based facility environment.
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
* Prior experience in residential aged care settings preferred.
* Full Australian working rights.
* Current Queensland "C" Class Driver's License.
* National Police Check.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Flu Vaccine
