You'll be responsible for ensuring that the shifts across the Front Office department run smoothly, efficiently, and continue to provide outstanding guest service. This role is vital, as you'll be leading and motivating the team that makes those exceptional first impressions. The role encompasses the check-in and check-out processes, accurate administration, and compliant business management. You will promote the hotel effectively and communicate efficiently across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. About You: To be successful in this position, we are seeking individuals who naturally demonstrate: A genuine ambition for hotel collaboration with strong leadership skills and experience in driving service standards Recent and demonstrable hotel front office management experience from high-end establishments Strong IT skills, preferably with experience using Opera Cloud Relevant long-term and permanent working rights in Australia A high standard of customer service and delivery A tertiary qualification in Hospitality and/or Hotel Management Natural energy and ambition for excellence A people-centric, collaborative approach with a creative spirit and respectful, engaging manner in developing effective working relationships Please note that we are seeking candidates who are eligible to work in Australia.
