As a Plant Mechanic at our Geraldton branch, you will be responsible for providing top-tier machinery solutions and expert maintenance services to maximize productivity and ensure operational safety.
The successful candidate will support Caterpillar products across the Midwest area, performing scheduled maintenance, repairs, and component replacements on Caterpillar machinery. They will also use diagnostic tools and software to identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
* Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including PPE usage and hazard reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements:
* A recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate from an Australian authority.
* Demonstrated expertise in fault-finding and diagnostics using Caterpillar-specific tools and systems.
* Proven ability to work under pressure in an efficient manner.
* Prior experience working on Caterpillar products is highly desirable.
